Key Responsibilities as an SEN TA:

* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and therapists.
SEN TA Requirements:
* Experience working with children with ASD, ideally in schools.
* A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant).
* Compassion, patience, and excellent teamwork skills.
