Responsibilities
Description of Role
As BID Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* Organising meetings to ensure bids process through the business in line with governance, allowing us to submit bids in a timely manner.
* Tracking the progress of all bids and helping keep bids on track for a successful submission.
* Building and maintaining the Bid library.
* Reporting on Bid Management workloads and Win/Loss ratio.
* Working with the Sales Team to log opportunities using the SAP system.
* Supporting the PMO Team with daily tasks as required.
* Raising Orders and projects to support the PMO team and Project Managers.
* Adhering to compliance requirements for Health and Safety, Environmental, Quality, Information Security, and Data Protection relevant to your job, function, and location.
Qualifications
For development purposes, the following knowledge, skills, and experience are required:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Relationship-building skills.
* Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and target-driven.
* Ability to prioritise effectively, work calmly under pressure, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
* Appreciation of business processes, procedures, and best practices to carry out quality service and emphasise excellence.
* Strong PC skills with working knowledge of MS Office applications, databases, and business portals.
