Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
* A deep understanding of hotel management best practices and a knack for data-driven decision-making.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and business strategies.
* A problem-solving mindset and outstanding organizational abilities.
