About the Role The Allianz Personal Lines Broker Marketing team are currently seeking an experienced B2B Marketing Manager for the Communications and Digital team. This role is based in the Brentwood office, a minimum of 2 days a week, with travel to the London office when required. There can be some flexibility with working arrangements to meet individual needs. The role will report into the Broker Marketing and Customer Director. As the Comms and Digital Marketing Manager, you'll create and implement the personal lines B2B multi-channel engagement strategy aligned with the overall business strategy and Allianz brand. You’ll be responsible for service communications to brokers, developing creative and innovative marketing campaigns to support business growth, some internal communications and our digital channels. You'll lead the team of Comms and Digital Execs by example, embodying our values and serving as a positive mentor. Key to this role is demonstrating a proven track record of managing and delivering creative B2B campaigns with a digital first approach, communications supporting key business projects and collaborating with business stakeholders. Together with the Creative and Events team, you’ll contribute to a shared creative workspace on all things B2B marketing in the Personal Lines market. The role will be working 35hrs a week but for the right applicant we can also consider a reduced working pattern of a minimum of 4 days a week. About You So, who are we looking for? You’re a people person, organised and highly creative able to manage multiple projects and a busy workload. With both sides of the brain working, you’re creative and innovative but also able to interpret data and MI to make informed decisions. You’ve a proven track record of delivering marketing and communications plans. You’ve substantial (three years plus) experience managing a multi-channel marketing and communications team, ideally within financial services and a proven track record within a digital marketing environment, including email, web, social media and analytical tools. You're experienced in service communications and marketing campaigns via email platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and are an excellent copywriter and proofreader with a keen eye for detail and the ability to distil information for different audiences. You enjoy working with people, have excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with key stakeholders at all levels and passionate about delivering exceptional customer-focused experiences and outcomes. You’ve had experience managing a team of your own; devising workflows, positively mentoring your reports, and improving the skills, behaviours and impact of a team. Ideally, you’ll be A Level qualified standard and CIM qualified. The Details You’ll need to Create and implement the personal lines B2B multi-channel engagement strategy aligned with the overall business strategy and Allianz brand. Lead the development of marketing campaigns to support business growth. Write service communications for strategic business projects. Manage internal comms to Personal Broker staff. Evaluate communication and engagement MI, guiding the team to make necessary adjustments where needed. Manage the team workflow making sure deadlines are met. Make sure your team maintain a keen awareness of competitor activity in the industry. Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders around the business. Lead and mentor your Communications and Digital team. Project manage and deliver other ad-hoc marketing projects and activities as required.
