Job Title: Hotel Chef de Partie
Key Responsibilities:
* Run a specific section of the kitchen
* Help plan menus and dishes with the Head Chef/Sous Chef
* Monitor food quality and hygiene standards
* Order and manage stocks and supplies
* Ensure prepared food meets quality and presentation standards
* Support and guide Commis Chefs
Requirements:
* Ability to work varied shifts on a rota
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Passion for food and a mature manner
* Team player with the ability to work under pressure
