What you will do:
1. Deal with daily queries from Brokers on new and existing cases.
2. Develop, maximise and nurture intermediary relationships within a specific post coded area.
3. Work collaboratively with a Telephony BDM to ensure all SLAs are delivered to your intermediary contacts, via an effective and well thought through contact strategy.
4. Attend, plan and deliver intermediary events alongside roundtable and platform presentations.
5. Maintain a strong knowledge and awareness of Metro Bank mortgage products and services, alongside that of the wider UK mortgage market.
6. Plan and organise intermediary panel and diary management, whilst providing amazing service to our customer base.
7. Ideally located within or close to the following postcodes: AL, HP, LU, MK, NN, NR, PE, SG.

What you will need:
1. Business to Business Sales experience preferably within the Intermediary Mortgage Market, either as a BDM or Telephone BDM.
2. Excellent mortgage product and policy insight.
3. Up to date knowledge of compliance and mortgage regulation.
4. Relationship and account management skills.
5. High standards of personal performance in day-to-day execution of tasks.
6. Proven advanced communication skills across a range of stakeholders.
7. Previous experience of managing a defined panel of Intermediaries within the financial services sector, demonstrating a track record of success.
8. CeMAP Qualification desirable.
