• Commitment to involvement in the life of the school and curriculum enhancement.
• Ability to work as a member of a team with shared responsibility for effective practice within the EYFS unit.
• High level ICT and enthusiasm for the development of learning through ICT
• Communication with wide range of stake holders and external services
• Ability to plan effective and relevant cross curricular links
• Good time management
• Excellent behaviour management strategies
