Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated sales and service Administrator to join our team in managing administrative tasks and providing support to our sales and service team, ideally with an interest and knowledge of musical equipment.
Duties
1. Coordinating sales and service representatives
2. Managing sales and service documentation and maintaining accurate records
3. Communicating with customers regarding sales updates
4. Assisting with invoicing and processing payments
5. Handling incoming calls and emails related to sales and service inquiries
6. Collaborating with the sales and service team to ensure efficient operations
Experience
1. Proven experience in an administrative role
2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
3. Excellent communication and customer sales and service skills
4. Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of SAGE a big asset
5. Experience in a customer service-oriented environment would be advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £17,015.19-£27,963.02 per year

* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
