The person will support digital print business with traffic signs manufacturers across the EMEA region for Commercial Branding & Transportation Division (CBTD). The purpose is to show benefits of the new printer-films system to satisfy customer needs and deliver profitable growth for 3M. In some cases, the role has direct account management responsibilities and in other cases this function should support local sales teams in their relationships with customers.

As EMEA Signage Sales Account Executive - CBTD (m/f/x) you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people in the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
1. Execute priority programs within the defined area.
2. Own customer strategy and commercial terms to some customers in the Area.
3. Influence customer strategy and commercial terms to some customers in the Area.
4. Drive excellence in sales execution implementing strategic direction and target customer plans across the Area, focusing on sales growth.
5. Coach/train/develop/motivate the sales team.
6. Close interaction with the team of our OEM printer partner.
7. New system sales and new customer acquisition; New system sales to existing customers.
8. Understand customer processes and pain points, while providing solutions and technologies to address them (together with Application Engineering and OEM printer partner teams)
9. Provides input / VOC on portfolio to Area Portfolio Leader
10. Provides demand input to Integrated Business Planning
11. Partners with Activation Marketing to develop strategic customer relationship approaches and amplify the voice of the customer to the organization.
12. Provides input to APL to determine pricing strategies.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:
13. Bachelor’s/Master’s/Apprenticeship degree or higher from an accredited institution.
14. Proven track record of sales functions with some technical background.
15. Experience from “system selling” models is desired.
16. Ability to motivate, train and influence sales professional not directly reporting.
17. Remote Communication Skills.
18. Complex environment experience, ideally multi-country
