Company Description
Who are we?
At Home Instead York, we offer a Domiciliary Care service, providing Care Coordination, Companionship, and personal care to support clients in their daily living in the comfort of their own homes.
We provide “relationship-based” care so that our clients get to know the same group of people who are supporting them. Our visits are always a minimum of 1 hour so there is opportunity to provide companionship to the client as well as the essential tasks they need support with. We provide care that has been described by other social care professionals as the “Marks & Spencers” of home care – professional, caring, and of a quality that we would want for our own families.
We always introduce new clients and care professionals to each other so neither person is a stranger to the other.
