Ensuring all allergen management processes are followed & that food is delivered in a safe & secure manner Engaging with pupils, staff and visitors to customise each events requirement to deliver a dedicated bespoke service. Communicating regularly with your line manager to monitor KPIs and targets Implementation of Health & Safety withing the hospitality department Bring ideas and innovation to the Hospitality, as well as raising the standard of service What We're Looking For Proven experience in a high-end hospitality environment is a must have. Strong organisational & time management skills-you can juggle priorities without breaking a sweat. The ability to liaise effectively with clients, managers and stakeholders. Be passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service A hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset and a "can-do attitude". Attention to detail that ensures every client interaction is flawless. An outgoing & confident personality, fostering team spirit and a supportive work culture. A good understanding of the hospitality industry trends, with a proactive approach to innovation and client satisfaction.
