Sitting within our People and Culture team, this is a full-time (40 hours) role based in Ōtautahi (Christchurch).
Responsibilities:
* Guide hiring managers through the recruitment journey, from “Hey, we need someone!” to “Welcome aboard!”
* Empower hiring managers with the skills they need to recruit like pros.
* Develop fun and creative ways to attract the best candidates (hello, social media and career fairs!).
* Bring diverse talent into the fold and help us keep our workplace welcoming and inclusive!
* Ensure our recruitment game continues to be faster, smarter, and fun.
* Keep us ahead of the curve with new, innovative hiring techniques.
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous experience in an in-house recruitment role.
* A focus on candidate experience, ensuring every candidate feels valued and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
* Strong communication skills with a knack for making connections and building relationships with both leaders and candidates.
* Passion for finding the best and brightest, with a focus on diversity.
* A love of new challenges, innovative solutions, and executing robust recruitment processes.
