Role: Senior Project Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on experience and qualification)
Location: Kings Hill/Hybrid
**This is a 12 Month Fixed-Term contract**
The Role
Corporate Services have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to lead on a variety of projects ranging from IT projects such as new software roll-outs to opening new offices and properties for business!
Project Managers with a background of handling multiple projects simultaneously within a Commercial environment managing business improvement projects would be a great fit for this role.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate a variety of projects they have previously managed from inception to completion and clearly communicate their roles and responsibilities during these projects.

Key Duties:
Managing and leading the Group’s strategic, complex, and large-scale projects for our internal CSG customers
Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Managing project risks and issues and escalate to Project Sponsors as appropriate
Manage, record and gain authority for changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs through approved change control processes
Maintaining comprehensive project documentation and supporting the Business Improvement Team in creating new templates and tools
Providing regular highlight / status reports to Project Steering Groups / Project Sponsors
Support the collaboration of key stakeholders to create, embed and grow a continuous improvement framework and culture
What we need from you
APM Project Management Qualification or equivalent
Demonstration of successful project management and the ability to oversee and complete several projects simultaneously
Knowledge and experience of implementing change management principles, methodologies and tools
Proven experience of working in partnership with external key partners / customers
Experience writing business cases
Knowledge of monitoring and reporting techniques in relation to financial performance
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a large, multi service commercial enterprise would be desirable
