We are a small accountancy practice seeking an experienced secretary/administrator to join our team as soon as possible. Duties: typing, audio typing, switchboard, filing, reception, incoming/outgoing mail, diary management, database maintenance, stationery ordering, payroll processing and other duties as necessary. The successful candidate will be fully conversant in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and a knowledge of Iris Earnie payroll would be preferable, although training will be provided. Attention to detail is essential with an ability to manage workload and work well under pressure at times. Experience within an accountancy practice setting would be an advantage.
