They have a pipeline bursting with exciting projects due to kick off in 2025. Typically their portfolio encompasses medium/high-rise Residential schemes with the occasional private dwelling mixed in. Their projects are mostly situated in Manchester city centre and across the Greater Manchester region, this bring with it the challenge of managing sensitive locations, Grade 1&2 listed buildings and conservation areas. Their team of approx 10/12 Architects and Designers is looking to grow with the hire of a Design-focused Architectural Assistant (RIBA Part 2).
