The role
* Oversee and drive the success of an education recruitment branch, ensuring strong financial and operational performance
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruitment consultants, creating a high-performance culture
* Grow and expand the branch’s client base, securing long-term partnerships with schools and education providers
* Implement and refine business development strategies to increase revenue and market share
* Ensure compliance and best practices are maintained while fostering a positive, results-driven team environment
