Job Description
* Overseeing payroll procedures for all company employees.
* Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.
* Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information.
* Resolving payroll discrepancies by collecting and analysing information.
* Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
* Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
* Preparing reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages.
* Determining payroll liabilities by calculating employee federal and state taxes, insurance, employee benefit deductions, etc.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Payroller should have:
* A strong background in end to end Payroll
* A keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of payroll procedures.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle data confidentially.
* Good numerical skills and an understanding of data privacy standards.
