THE ROLE:
Join us as an Accounts Payable Assistant within our Palletforce team. Key responsibilities will be:
* Processing of all purchase invoices and credit notes, matching these with purchase orders and following up on purchase order and invoice queries.
* Dealing with external and internal queries by phone and email.
* Monitoring the accounts inbox.
* Providing backup for payment runs.
* Year-end audit support.
* Any other ad hoc duties.
What we need from you:
* MS Excel
* MS Outlook
* Good communication skills
* Previous purchase ledger experience would be beneficial.
* Sage experience would be beneficial.
