About the Role:
As a Graduate Drama Teaching Assistant, you will:
1. Support the classroom teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
2. Work with small groups and individual students to provide tailored support.
3. Assist with classroom management and behaviour supervision.
4. Contribute to the preparation of teaching materials and resources.
5. Help to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
6. Provide additional support during extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements of the Graduate Drama Teaching Assistant:
7. A recent graduate with a strong academic background.
8. Passion for education and a desire to pursue a career in teaching.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
