Solution 47 Recruitment have an In-House requirement for a Part-time Sales Administrator to join our team due to expansion.
Working from our office in Haverhill covering Monday and Tuesday approx 9-3. Although these hours can/will need to be flexible as well as working additional hours to cover other employees' holidays.
The ideal candidate will have previous Sales Administration experience, the ability to speak to various clients over the phone, and assist with coordinating interviews, timesheets, etc.
Duties include:
1. Candidate Registration
2. Payroll processing
3. Compliance for candidates and clients
4. Vehicle Insurance
5. Contacting clients with potential candidates
This could offer more hours on a permanent basis to the right candidate.
