What is the role?
This service is home to two fun-loving, creative ladies with learning and physical disabilities. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing their independence, supporting their daily activities, and bringing joy to their lives.

Your Role Will Include:
✅ Supporting individuals with their unique needs
✅ Providing emotional support and companionship
✅ Assisting with personal care, manual handling, and medication administration
✅ Helping with household tasks and administrative duties
✅ Being a staff advocate for non-verbal individuals
✅ Bringing fresh ideas and innovative ways of working
✅ Communicating with family members and external professionals
What skills and experience do you need?
While experience working with individuals with physical or mental health needs is beneficial, it’s not essential – we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support from our senior staff and management.

Wakeful night rate £12.15 + 20%
