Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Customer Service Courier to join our team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering mail across 5 days from Monday to Saturday for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Mail Sorting and Delivery: Sort mail in the local delivery office and complete a daily delivery round, ensuring timely and secure delivery to customers.
* Commitment to Customers: Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
* Availability: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of productivity throughout the working day.
