Job Description:
* Making high volume, outbound calls to warm leads provided to you to qualify customers for our services.
* Building rapport with our customers and providing them with a first-class service.
* Updating our CRM system with accurate account management data.
* Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
* Achieving and maintaining appropriate compliance standards.
* Working with the team to create a great place to work.
Job Requirements:
* £21,538 basic without outstanding uncapped commission (OTE £40,000 to £50,000). We also offer a guaranteed bonus of £250 per month for your first 6 months to give you the best possible start.
* Office hours 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday – we’re also happy to discuss flexible working arrangements.
