Service Manager
Location: Hull
Salary: £45,000 + bonus (OTE 60k+) OC18983
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Service Manager for our client's main dealership in Hull.
For this role, we need a confident, driven, and proven individual who is passionate about the role and bringing the Aftersales team together. Service Manager Role:
You will be managing a Service department with a team of experienced Vehicle Technicians, Service Advisors, Administration, Parts department, and drivers. You will be tasked with the day-to-day running of the Service and parts department:
1. Smooth and efficient running of the service department
2. Controlling spend and overseeing department budgets
3. Drive customer service
4. Monitoring KPIs
5. Driving the team, support, and training
Service Manager Requirements:
1. Must have at least 1 year's experience as an Aftersales Manager or Service Manager within the fleet/HGV sector.
2. Full UK driving licence.
3. Strong man management & interpersonal skills.
