We have a fabulous opportunity for an EA with a strong finance background to join a global property investment firm, supporting the CEO and wider team, on a 12 month maternity contract. This super friendly and close-knit team work on global projects and rely heavily upon the EA to support them with all administration from global diary and travel management, preparing documents and supporting with financial administration. This includes processing global invoices, preparing PO’s, creating approvals, and managing the budget. As a key member of the team you will attend weekly meeting to give up date on financial and project progress. As well as this you will ensure the smooth day to day running of the office and manage the annual client event from securing venue to hosting on the night. The right person will have previous PA experience along with a good knowledge of accounting/finance, but most importantly you must combine this with first class interpersonal skills and the ability to represented the CEO when liaising with key stakeholders. You have excellent attention to details which is essential when dealing with numbers. This is a 12month contract to start in January – interviewing now. Salary up to £50,000 Hybrid working
