We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our talented Catering team. During term-time you will be involved in the production and serving of meals for our pupils and staff, as well as numerous functions ranging from BBQs to fine dining. Outside of term-time we operate as a commercial centre, catering for a wide range of residential and non-residential courses and events….no two days are ever the same! Full training can be offered although experience in the catering industry is preferred.
This is a full-time, year-round position working 5 out of 7 days straight shifts including weekend working according to a shift rota. The ideal candidate will be a fantastic team operator, with great communication skills, and an uncompromising flair and passion for food.
