About Binit:
Binit is a next generation, tech-lead waste and recycling super broker. We provide full waste management services for businesses that are smart and responsive. We do this using data, analytics and our unique collection network. Binit has been trading since 2018 and now services over 310 sites, collecting over 1500 bins and bags a week. We have grown considerably, and have just closed our third investment round, which means we are now getting ready to scale.

Job Summary:
As a Sales and Account Manager you will play an integral role in finding new customers to help Binit expand and making sure those customers are delighted by their first experiences with us.
Responsibilities and duties:
1. Using a sales CRM and sales processes effectively and keeping the data you generate about leads and deals clear, current and accurate.
2. Processing inbound queries and leads and turning these into deals and new customers.
3. Hunting new opportunities for growth from our existing database, cold calls and emails and face-to-face visits.
4. Finding new business openings in your area and turning these into workable deals.
5. Answering phone calls and emails relating to new services.
6. Exploring options for the best service for new customers to keep our margin high and deliver a better service to them, through working with our subcontractor network.
7. Maintaining relationships with our new and existing customers by ensuring a high level of account management service and speedy and effective responses to queries.
8. Working closely with colleagues to contribute to growth through constructive feedback on Binit’s processes, systems and business model.
9. Onboarding new customers.
10. Checking stock availability for new customer orders.
Qualifications and skills:
1. Have a visa to work in the UK indefinitely or a minimum of 12 months.
2. A strong focus on solutions rather than problems.
3. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
4. Good organisational and time-management skills.
5. Competency in basic IT packages.
6. Genuine interest in the environment.
7. CV not necessary, we are interested in what you can do with us and not what you have done in the past.
8. Full-driving licence preferred.
