Customer Care Advisor
Our client is now seeking an additional Advisor to join their existing team.
Based in Wednesbury, you will be liaising with technicians, handling and responding to emails and telephone calls, and completing a variety of admin-based tasks.
You will:
1. Have experience in a similar role
2. Be proficient in the English language (both written and verbal)
3. Be available to start work in the next 10 days
4. Be available to work full-time hours
5. Be proficient in MS Excel (accuracy is key)
Hours: 8am to 4.30pm Mon to Fri
