Description Sales Administrator, Reading Manage and process customer orders efficiently and accurately. Dealing with customers by telephone (incoming and outgoing) plus email and Teams Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of products. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. Searching, coding and updating the CRM system Prepare and generate sales reports, tracking key performance indicators.
