Learn all aspects of a flooring contractor, including admin, telephone answering, estimating, calculating, unloading deliveries, assisting fitters, site surveys, filing & admin input of data to computer. You will need to deal with celebrities and public alike offering the same high level of service to every customer.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
You will be required to get involved in all aspects of customer service to support our customer base and our fitters.
Main Duties:
* Provide excellent customer service via e-mail, telephone, and internal messaging systems
* Day-to-day use of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
* Meet and greet duties to customers
* Help to provide estimates
* Deal with orders and payments
* Provide customers with advice, guidance, and support
* Helping with customer issues, after care and service recovery
* Data organising/reporting
* Analysing customer satisfaction
* Working closely with colleagues to ensure everything is managed accurately

Interview - We will be interviewing candidates who meet the criteria as they apply and will recruit after a successful interview which may be before the closing date.
