An exceptional opportunity to join a leading facilities management company as an Account Director, overseeing a prestigious client with multiple sites across Central London.
Role Overview:
As Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in managing and strengthening relationships with the client and key stakeholders. You will be responsible for providing outstanding operational leadership, ensuring the seamless daily management of the contract. A strong technical background is essential for this position.
This multi-site Hard Services FM contract, covering seven locations across Central London. Given the nature of the contract, you will be expected to be on-site regularly, allocating your time accordingly.
With a team of around 20 employees, including four direct reports, you will benefit from a well-established and loyal workforce offering strong support. The contract is currently performing at its highest level since inception, fostering a positive client relationship and high levels of employee satisfaction and engagement.

Full P&L management and accountability for financial performance
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, staff, subcontractors, and suppliers
