A thriving secondary school in Totton is seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) to join their ambitious and forward-thinking department. Responsibilities:
* Inspire and engage students in French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4.
* Deliver high-quality, interactive, and differentiated lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
* Use research-led teaching strategies to enhance student learning and cultural awareness.
* Monitor and support students’ academic progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Play an active role in developing and improving the MFL curriculum.
* Contribute to whole-school literacy initiatives, including Tutor Time Reading.
Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in French, Spanish, or a related subject.
A genuine passion for languages and the ability to inspire students.
A track record (or potential) of delivering engaging, high-quality lessons.
A team player who is keen to develop professionally and contribute to the wider school community.
