We will arrange your transition into Woodlands Meed and provide you with the training and support to meet your individual needs. We are committed to supporting CPD and have invested in the IRIS programme, a recording and review tool to support staff development and best practice in education. We will support your development of a subject area at Woodlands Meed and will give you training and financial support to help you develop and grow a subject area. All teachers at Woodlands Meed need to be flexible and have the knowledge to deliver all curriculum subjects. We are looking for teachers who are wanting to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team that provide an individualised approach to learning. The ability to lead a team of support staff and to personalise learning are key skills. We are recruiting full-time and part-time teacher roles.
