MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES What will you be doing on the apprenticeship? As a Junior Production Coordinator Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in how content creation comes together, from concept to reaching the audience, in TV/ Audio or online content. You will learn a wide range of skills which may include preparing for shoots or live radio studios and recordings; coordinating transport; booking kit and crews; issuing information the teams need via ‘call sheets’; assisting with the management of budgets; and helping on the studio floor, in the TV gallery, or in the BBC’s radio stations. You’ll study for your industry-recognized apprenticeship qualification, learning both on and off the job. The academic study involves attending instructor-led workshops, tutorials, and group work. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will gather a portfolio of evidence that demonstrates your learning, while working towards an SCQF7 apprenticeship qualification.
