What You’ll Do As a Project Manager (Contractor), you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering key initiatives that shape our infrastructure, operations, and services. Your expertise will be essential in optimizing processes, ensuring compliance, and driving improvements that support our growth and commitment to sustainability. You’ll: Oversee regulatory and compliance projects to ensure operational sites meet evolving standards. Lead international consultancy initiatives aimed at expanding our market intelligence and identifying strategic opportunities in advanced recycling. Manage the implementation of new service solutions for manufacturing clients, optimizing logistics, processes, and supply chains. Spearhead capacity expansion projects, helping to broaden the scope of materials we can process and recycle. Collaborate with European partners to streamline procurement processes and enhance service capabilities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication, fostering collaboration, and guiding teams through change effectively. What We Hope You’ll Bring Project Management Qualifications – PRINCE2 certification is required, and Agile or Scrum Master certifications are highly desirable. Additional credentials such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or Lean Six Sigma would be a plus. Proven Project Delivery – Experience managing projects from inception to completion, with a track record of meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Change Management Expertise – Skilled in guiding teams through change, gaining buy-in, and fostering collaboration. Adaptability & Initiative – A proactive problem solver who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to dynamic priorities. Strong Communication Skills – Ability to engage stakeholders, articulate complex ideas clearly, and facilitate collaboration across teams and regions. Industry Awareness – Experience in recycling, manufacturing, logistics, or related sectors would be advantageous.
