Tasks and Responsibilities The Creative Services Coordinator will be part of an entirely new Creative Services team, whose mission will be to produce high quality, impactful and on-brand creative and communications for use across Europe.You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the team whilst developing great all-round marketing skills: · Working closely with the Head of Creative Services to manage our creative project management platform, Wrike, reviewing and monitoring projects from initial brief to delivery. · Managing the production workflow associated with creative development for assigned projects to meet deadlines. · Administering tools for the distribution of European marketing material and supporting the development of the European Sales & Marketing community. · Maintaining organisation of creative assets for easy identification by Marketing team members. · Writing high quality, impactful communications for DHL customers and our internal Sales & Marketing community, whilst adhering to brand guidelines. · Understanding campaign objectives and contributing creative concepts, ideas and approaches by collaborating with internal clients and colleagues. · Supporting the graphic designers with their creative output, while developing your own skills with tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop. · Supporting the specialist AV Producer / Digital Developer with their creative output, while developing your own skills with tools such as Canva and Adobe Premiere Pro. · Working with internal clients and outside vendors to develop and produce a wide range of creative materials. · Obtaining quotes from multiple vendors - with ability to evaluate and make recommendations.
