This role is based 5 days a week at our Shirebrook HQ.
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Marketplace Specialist to join our Digital Commercial Growth team. You will manage external marketplaces like Amazon, driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility, during a period of significant digital investment.
You will serve as the main contact for marketplaces, integrators, and internal teams, responsible for account health, operational excellence, and sales growth.
1. Manage a portfolio of Marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, OZ Sale, etc.) to drive sustainable growth, understanding marketplace programs, tools, and processes.
2. Monitor account performance, acquire and submit paperwork, and provide operational support.
3. Upload products ensuring accuracy and relevance of paperwork.
4. Understand Amazon platform integration to address issues efficiently.
5. Create and manage brand stores, A+ pages, and digital marketing campaigns.
6. Ensure accurate product launches with correct pricing, images, copy, navigation, and stock feed.
7. Optimize product content to increase visibility and analyze the competitive landscape.
8. Build relationships with marketplace agencies.
9. Plan and execute PPC advertising campaigns to increase visibility and traffic.
10. Produce business insights using analytical tools to interpret performance data.
11. Stay updated on marketplace features to enhance product visibility.
12. Manage projects like launching new marketplace channels.

Minimum requirements:
* 1-2 years experience in an Amazon marketplace role, preferably in a large organization.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for large data processing.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
* Ability to build relationships across functions and externally.
* Analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends.
* Creative problem-solving skills and initiative.
* Willingness to learn new skills and tools.
