Description: Winters Electrical Services Ltd are based in Three Bridges, West Sussex and we are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice. The job involves assisting the Contract Administration and the Accounts department and general help around the office.

Business Administration Apprentice Duties:
1. The job will require you to work alongside our Company Secretary and assist with the administrative tasks for the contract administration department and the accounts department.
2. Dealing with the flow of paperwork such as tech subs, RFI's, O&M's, emergency lighting log books, drawings, NICEIC certificate updates, site reports, site safety folders, document trackers, etc.
3. Create and monitor ASTA programmes: Full training will be given for this if needed.
4. Raising purchase orders, invoicing, invoicing queries, chasing insurances, general accounts administration and working with Sage.
5. Answering incoming calls to the office and answering the door to clients, deliveries, etc.
Requirements:
1. Accurate and excellent attention to detail with a methodical way of working
2. Good level of computer/typing skills
3. English and Maths GCSE qualifications
4. Sage experience is preferred but not essential
