Providing support into GMAST to ensure that statutory, regulatory compliance and NHS requirements are met which include those GP delegated functions of ICBs. Leading and managing a team overseeing and ensuring that day to day operational delivery of GMAST functions and processes continues in an efficient manner. Able to work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective commissioning and contract management, supporting managers and staff across GP premises and contracting functions. Familiar with the processes associated with the General Practice rent reviews. Able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and an attention to detail that is reflected in verbal and written communication. Leading the team in the delivery of GP delegated functions, allocating tasks as appropriate, identifying risks, issues and dependencies, considering best practice and ultimately making decisions in the best interests of delegated commissioning and contracting functions. Pro-actively manage stakeholders, respond to and resolve conflict when this arises through facilitation or other appropriate mechanisms. Work with the ICB to identify opportunities to transform services to improve quality and outcomes.
