Vision for Education are looking to recruit a Key Stage 1 and 2 primary teacher to work at a school located in a village west of Cambridge. The role is working as a PPA cover teacher within KS1 and 2, for 3 days per week. About the role The desired teacher will be working in various KS1 and 2 classes, all with a wide range of ability levels. The successful applicant will be expected to plan some Maths (alongside a colleague) and deliver exciting and engaging lessons to the classes, but mainly the work is planned for you. This role is a maternity cover and would be 3 days a week for the rest of the academic year About the school This post will be based within a small to medium-sized primary school in Cambridge and you will work in 6 different classes. This is an Good-rated school where pupil’s achievement and enjoyment of learning are outstanding. In lessons, pupils concentrate exceptionally well, listen carefully to the teacher and to one another and are confident and motivated learners. It is a very well regarded school within the city. Requirements To be considered for the role of PPA Primary Teacher - part-time you will: Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Have experience teaching primary education at Key Stage 2 level Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Primary Teachers Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
