Your Role: As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing existing products and identifying new products for the AD, water treatment, and renewables sectors. Your duties will include:
1. Producing design calculations and various design documents, including P&IDs for sizing process technologies.
2. Preparing tender documents.
3. Specifying and selecting equipment.
4. Conducting lab and pilot scale trials.
5. Engaging in business development related to the company's technologies.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as an awareness of the environmental impact of design ideas. Some travel, primarily within the UK and Ireland, will be involved.
What You'll Need to Succeed: You should have a minimum 2.2 Honours degree or equivalent in Chemical Engineering or a related product design or engineering subject, and at least 2 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant industry. Additional requirements include:
1. Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project).
3. Experience with SolidWorks.
4. A full current driving license and access to a car.
5. Flexibility and adaptability.
