As Riverside continues to grow, so do our opportunities. We are now looking for an ambitious and dynamic BYD Retail Specialist to join our new site at BYD Wakefield and help us drive the success of the BYD brand.
As a BYD Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all our customers, providing expert knowledge and advice. Your passion for electric vehicles, coupled with an in-depth understanding of BYD products, will enable you to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every customer is informed and confident in their purchasing decisions.

As authorised Volvo, SEAT, CUPRA, Honda, BYD & Used Car dealers we have specialist Sales Executives, Aftersales Advisors and Technicians to assist our customers with any query that they may have.

You will:
1. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the full BYD product range, including the latest electric vehicle models, technology, features, and benefits.
2. Monitor and report on competitor activity and customer feedback related to the BYD brand. Assist in identifying opportunities to promote the brand within the market.
3. Assist the sales team by supporting product presentations, test drives, and product launches. Help drive sales through in-depth knowledge of the product line.
4. Conduct engaging and informative vehicle demonstrations and product walkarounds to highlight the features and benefits of BYD electric vehicles.
5. Create memorable customer experiences by providing tailored advice on electric vehicle ownership, including charging, range, and sustainability benefits.
6. Assist with after-sales queries, ensuring customers have the support they need post-purchase.
