About the Team:
You will lead a dedicated and extremely knowledgeable Fleets research team, with many years of Aviation experience and expertise, guiding them to develop their own skills, focusing on developing increasingly efficient processes and tools to acquire, process and publish our data. You will have excellent transformational skills and be able to define and share metrics that demonstrate data quality, progress, opportunities, and risk, helping prioritize change and plan for the future.

Cirium's datasets are under constant review, change, and improvement, and we are embarking on a change program to focus on the efficient and scalable tools required to maintain our datasets in the AI world. This will be a transformative journey to reimagine how we deliver world-class data services using new technologies to innovate and improve the efficiency of what we do. This new position will have a strong focus on the leadership of our people, attending to culture, motivation, and developing greater levels of team capability and a continuous improvement mindset.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a change agent for data-driven decision-making, advocating development of best practices and tooling.
