Our client, an established property maintenance company, is looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer to join its expanding team. This role is ideal for a reliable and skilled professional who values high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
You will be responsible for maintaining and improving properties across various sectors. Your expertise in Plastering, Plumbing, Brickwork, and Flooring, along with a basic understanding of secondary trades, will be essential in delivering top-tier solutions to clients.
Requirements
* Fully qualified in your primary trade
* Experience in a fast-paced, reactive maintenance role
* Strong time management & organizational skills
* Ability to work independently & take initiative
* A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
* Excellent customer service & communication skills
* Basic IT & paperwork skills
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* No criminal convictions
* Able to provide references from previous employers
* Must have worked full-time in the last 2 years
* Willing to work extended hours when necessary
