1. To provide a high standard of administrative support using MS Office packages, including word processing, spreadsheets, filing, mail management and other duties.
2. Financial administration including sourcing, ordering, processing invoices and undertaking cash holder duties using the company's financial system (Integra) and processes.
3. Keep records, statistics and provide periodic analysis of figures as required.
4. To source and order consumables and/or stock for the building, the shop, the office and the café.
5. To oversee till and credit card operations and reconcile all monies through the Integra system. To bank all monies accordingly.
6. To assist with organising activities, events, meetings and related catering.
7. Assist with administrative tasks such as visitor surveys, marketing and promotions initiatives and funding applications.
8. Compile attendant staff rotas, volunteer rotas and process timesheets.
9. Organise and provide emergency cover.
10. To provide assistance in the management of the front of house team.
