Key Duties & Responsibilities: Inputting Purchase ledger Processing supplier forms Nominal inputting Assisting with year end processes Scanning & filing Ordering and keeping stock of stationery Maintaining accurate records Assisting team members with ad hoc responsibilities as and when required Skills & Experience Required: Proven accounts administration experience, minimum 2 years preferred Strong accuracy and attention to detail IT proficient, including the use of Microsoft packages and accountancy software Strong communication skills, both written and verbal For appreciation of your hard-work and commitment you will receive a fantastic starting salary and complete job satisfaction
