Program Manager, MENA Buyer Abuse Prevention

Amazon is rapidly expanding its presence in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and we are looking for a Program Manager to join the MENA Returns and Business Waste. The scope is to reduce customer order cancellations, rejects and undelivered shipments through initiatives like reduction in network defects, buyer abuse etc. You will own Cost to serve goals by reducing financial losses from reverse leg rejects & losses.

1. Assuming end to end ownership for metrics and program initiatives of rejects CX and associated P&L impact.
2. Identifying opportunities, defining solutions, getting leadership buy in, prioritization of resources for the identified programs.
3. Lead new programs to reduce cost to serve for reverse leg.
4. Working with multiple teams including Supply Chain, Category, CS, Transportation, Finance and the FCs, and Tech to run the programs.
5. Design and implement customer-centric solutions to reduce order cancellations and delivery exceptions.
6. Deliver through influencing other teams to change, through the use of quantitative and qualitative data provided to stakeholders with often conflicting KPIs.

This role is a fixed 12-month contract and will be based out of Dubai (UAE) office.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
