Manpower are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to work within a prestigious client based in Birmingham, working remotely from home with 1 day in the office.
The ideal candidate will play an important role in supporting daily office operations. You will handle administrative tasks, assist with documentation and provide general support to various departments to keep everything running efficiently.
This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while demonstrating excellent organisational skills.
Duties
1. Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
2. Answer and direct phone calls, emails and other correspondence including physical mail.
3. Support HR, Recruitment and finance teams with basic administrative duties.
4. Provide clerical support, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.

6. Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
7. Excellent phone and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
8. Strong computer skills, particularly in Word and Excel
9. Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
10. Experience in an administrative role
11. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
This is a temporary position with an immediate start, up to 6 months with a potential of being longer paying £13.51 per hour
