Due to continual expansion, we have a vacancy for a Projects Assistant Apprentice to join our busy operation in Scunthorpe whilst working towards their Business Admin Level 3.
This role would suit someone with good attention to detail and strong organisation skills.
Job details:
* Assisting the Account Manager and Project Coordinator with client enquiries
* Corresponding with Local Authorities to gain relevant information
* Assisting with creating job packs for the Account Manager
* Ensure that you work to Quality & Company procedures outlined by the business
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with all customers, clients and local authorities
* Ensure that all Health and Safety requirements are adhered to by yourself and your work colleagues
* Provide administrative support to the Business Support Manager

Requirements:
* Must be able to work well on your own and as part of a team
* Must be able to deal with clients and customers in a professional and approachable manner
* Solid IT skills and knowledge of necessary software applications including Microsoft
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Good attention to detail
* Previous experience within an administrative role is preferred but not essential
