Job Description:
As a Neurodiversity Lead and Clinical Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the line management of the onsite clinical team and delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for students with complex profiles of need.
You will work collaboratively with the site to support the integration of the service in the day-to-day running of each provision, and contribute to staff training and consultation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for someone with a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy, or a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC, and at least 3 years' experience working with neurodivergent children.
Excellent report writing skills and experience of providing supervision and supporting a therapy team are essential.
Location:
The role is based in the North West, and requires a full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
